CO2 Reduction to Formate in Clostridium acidi-urici

ABSTRACT

Cell-free lysates of Clostridium acidi-urici catalyze the reduction of CO2 to formate in the presence of reduced ferredoxin and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, reduced form.
