Dictyostelium discoideum: a New Method for Cloning in Liquid Medium

ABSTRACT

Dictyostelium discoideum can be cloned in droplets of liquid medium by a method that permits observation of the complete life cycle. This alternative to solidified media provides advantages in clonal analysis.
