L-Ribulokinase from an Initiator Constitutive Mutant

ABSTRACT

The N-terminal sequence of L-ribulokinase (EC 2.7.1.16) isolated from an initiator constitutive (araI) mutant is identical to wild-type kinase, indicating that the Ic mutation probably lies outside of kinase structural gene araB.
