Volume 191, no. 10, p. 3292-3300, 2009. Page 3292, abstract, line 8, and p. 3293, column 1, paragraph 2, line 2: "1'-hydroxylase" should read "1',2'-hydratase." Although the enzyme adds a hydroxyl group to the 1 and 1' carbons of lycopene in Escherichia coli, its full proposed activity is to add water across the 1',2' double bond.
