All Rights Reserved.): Three-dimensional model of the large subunit of biphenyl dioxygenase (BphA1) from Pseudomonas pseudoalcaligenes KF707. The structure was built based on the crystal structure of the naphthalene dioxygenase of Pseudomonas sp. strain NCIB 9816-4. The amino acids surrounding the active iron site are shown in yellow, and those coordinated by the Rieske cluster involved in the electron transfer are shown in green.
